1. Product Overview

The TCS Series 700 flow meter is a rotary positive displacement meter designed for high accuracy and long-term durability across a wide range of liquid applications, particularly in the petroleum and industrial chemical sectors.

2. Technical Specifications

• Simple and efficient design: The meter features a single measuring chamber with three synchronized rotors. This design eliminates metal-to-metal contact inside the chamber, reducing wear and maintenance while extending product life.
• High accuracy: The Series 700 delivers reliable linear accuracy, achieving ±0.15% across the full flow range and repeatability up to 0.02% under stable operating conditions.
• Flow capacity: Wide flow range depending on meter size (from 1.5″ to 6″). For example, the 700-40 (4-inch) model can reach up to 500 GPM (approx. 1,893 LPM).
• Viscosity range: Capable of accurately measuring liquids with viscosities up to 1,500,000 SSU (325,000 CPS).
• Integrated assembly: The flow meter unit is combined with a vane pump head, explosion-proof motor, and on/off control panel mounted on a steel skid for convenient operation.
